Kinovo’s portal hosting is in Germany. Other providers support individual functions, and some data may be processed outside the EU. Review the current privacy notice and the services your club intends to use.

Assign permissions to match responsibilities. Agree how supported exports, retention and deletion will work, including at the end of your club’s agreement.
